At our February Gathering, the group will deepen our efforts to further practices around equity and decolonization in our Alaska organizations. At each bimonthly gathering, we will engage thought leaders and frameworks for organizational equity, offer time to center relationships with each other, participate in healing practices, and practice workgroup dialogues to facilitate accountability work that will help you bridge theory into action. Food will be provided but feel free to bring something to share.
